Ok so I live in central London (SE1) but have yet to find a reasonably priced pub with a nice outdoor seating area. Can anyone recommend a pub with normal prices that has a nice outdoor seating area so I can spend this summer relaxed with

There is a famous one in Highgate. It has a nice garden, big benches and you can also eat. There are some nice pubs near the river in Hammersmith too.

Alternatively use the right key words to find pubs in central London, then use Google
