Smoking ban, is it possible if you own a pub that is your home you could allow smoking?

After all, you can smoke in your own home (so far at least the way this nanny state title) is my point in your own home, you have a say in what happens, who comes from smoking or not smoking, etc.

No, you can smoke in the building which is intended for private use of the family home. the public part that covers the license must be smoke-free.
