Gary Glitter's song Rock and Roll Part II is constantly being played at baseball games and probably other professional sports, too. Does anyone know if it is paid royalties when it's played in stadiums?
I do not think, but I could be wrong. No high school or college band that I know would pay a fee to any band just for playing their song during a game.
Will Gary Glitter get a second chance of earning a living?
Gary Glitter has to earn a living now ,and the only way he knows how is to be an entertainer . Would you let him ? He has paid his debt .
Regardless of what anyone say's Glitter will do what he wants. He may never have another top 10 hit, but if he wants to release a new album, publish a second book of his memoirs or release his greatest hits on DVD, he will do just that.
