City were weakened when Olofinjana went off. City we using the flanks well and getting the ball into the box. Cardiff carved several first half opportunites wth Olofinjana commanding in midfield. Cardiff were in control at half time after a Jay Bothroyd header seperated the teams. Peterborough had a couple of mostly long range efforts at goal taht Heaton dealt with or watched go wide. There was no Criag Bellamy in the squad and with Michael Chopra injured Jones opted to play Borthroyd as the lone striker with a midfield consisting of Jason Koumas, Peter Whittingham, Seyi Olofinjana, Danny Drinkwater and Chris Burke. The back four were Matthews, Hudson, Gerrard and Naylor with Tom Heaton in goals. The second half saw a total turn around....

"We certainly had enough chances for that to be the case and Jason Koumas also slipped at the key moment when he had an excellent opportunity in the second period. "We lost our shape in the middle of the park and other players failed to step up to the plate after Seyi Olofinjana went off. "Falling behind has become something of a trait for us, but we have the knack of coming on strong in the second half.
